01Our story

"Yechim" means "solution"

In Uzbek, "yechim" means "solution", a way through a problem. The name says what we do: for us software is not the goal, it is the answer to a specific business problem.

Many companies run into the same things: data scattered across spreadsheets and apps, inquiries that get lost, reports assembled by hand, and managers who can't see the whole picture. We study those processes and turn them into one clear system.

The tilework of Samarkand and Bukhara is made of small tiles, and the pattern only appears once every piece clicks into place. We work the same way, fitting separate modules (attendance, payments, CRM, a Telegram bot) into one working system for your business.

"Labs" is about our approach: on every project we listen first, test our assumptions, and only then build.

03Approach

How we work

Five stages, and at each one you know in advance what happens and what you get.

  1. 01 Stage 1

    Discovery

    We learn how your business runs: processes, roles, documents and the software you use today. We talk to you and your team and agree together which problem to solve first. You get: a list of requirements, the set of modules, a plan split into stages and a firm price.

  2. 02 Stage 2

    Design

    We show how the system will work through screens and diagrams: user journeys, interface mock-ups, the data structure and integrations. We review the mock-ups with you and your team while changes are still cheap. You get: approved designs and a technical specification.

  3. 03 Stage 3

    Build

    We build the system in short iterations and show you a working version at the end of each one. You follow the progress, give feedback and can change priorities along the way. Code is reviewed and tested. You get: a working system on a test server and a report for every stage.

  4. 04 Stage 4

    Launch

    We deploy the system to production, migrate your existing data and train your staff. Mobile apps go live on the App Store and Google Play. In the first days we stay close and answer questions. You get: a live system, a trained team and documentation.

  5. 05 Stage 5

    Support

    After launch we keep looking after the system: monitoring, security updates, backups and bug fixes. As your business grows, we add new modules and features. You get: a stable system that grows with you.
